How can I cancel my subscription?
If you wish to cancel your subscription, you can email us at support@handmd.com. Please be advised, that this cancellation method is not instantaneous. Please email us at least 48 hours before your next subscription renewal date to avoid being billed for your next order. Can I get a refund?

How can I track my parcel?
Once we’ve processed and shipped your parcel, you will receive an email with all of your tracking information.

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email, so please review your details carefully. If your order has already been shipped, we will not be able to make any changes to your address, nor will we be able to re-route your parcel. How do I use this product?
With the bottle upright, press 1 to 2 pumps of serum onto back of hand. Rub backs of hands together. Then press 1 to 2 pumps of the moisturizer onto back of hand. Rub backs of hands together. Use morning and night.
Which pump do I use first?
You’ll use the serum first, before applying the moisturizer. Each are labeled on the back of our bottle
Why won't my pump work?
The Duo bottle is airless so that the active ingredients retain their potency. The nature of airless bottles is that they may take a little longer to "prime" on their very first use. Hold the bottle upright, and continue pumping. It may take up to 20 pumps for the product to dispense on the first use.
How long should I wait to wash my hands after applying?
We recommend waiting 30 minutes to wash your hands after applying.
Can I use it more than just morning and night?
We recommend only using this product morning and night. This product contains Retinol and Vitamin C which can cause sun sensitivity if used more than the recommended dosage.
How long before I see results?
Everyone’s different, though most women should start seeing a difference after approximately 8 weeks. Though, your hands should feel softer and appear smoother after applying.
How often do I use this product?
Throughout the day as needed for relief from dry hands.
